Refund Policy

We want you to receive the build generations you paid for. Updated October 28, 2026.

Unused passes

You can request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not used any paid generations from that pass. Free generations do not count as paid usage. This includes an unused pass that has already expired.

Technical problems

A generation that fails or is cancelled is returned to its original allowance. The original expiry time still applies. If a technical failure prevents you from using a paid generation before expiry, contact us so we can restore access or arrange a refund for the undelivered service.

Completed generations

Builds are generated by AI and may differ from your expectations. Inspect the free generation and example builds before purchasing. A completed result you dislike is not automatically a failed generation. If something is wrong, contact us with the order and project details so we can investigate.

Requesting a refund

Email support@schemcanvas.com using your account email, with your receipt or order ID and a short description of the issue. Never send card details. Payments and financial refunds are processed through Waffo; bank processing times vary. Refunded generations are removed from the associated pass, and refunds do not reset first-purchase eligibility.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Any applicable taxes and final amount are shown before payment.
